Cannon Companies has engineered, drilled, placed, spliced and energized power and telecommunications networks since 1985, growing from one owner-operator to more than 300 employees, 600 pieces of owned equipment and eight locations across Washington, Arizona, California and Utah. teamcannon.com has to speak to utilities, carriers, federal installations, subcontractors and job seekers at the same time.

We rebuilt the site experience on a custom Cannon child theme: a mega-menu navigation with a utility bar for the subcontractor and employee portals, a full-bleed homepage hero, vision, mission and values panels, an Our History page with company facts and a four-decade timeline, leadership and team profiles, client quote panels, a locations map, careers and employment pages, and a redirect layer that keeps legacy URLs resolving. The site covers 45 pages, including service lines for inside and outside plant telecom, horizontal directional drilling, power, engineering, storm response, long haul, cable reclamation and federal work, plus 16 safety training course pages.

Behind the portfolio is our Cannon Projects plugin, a custom projects engine that powers 99 project pages filterable by service line, an Awards module, CSV and JSON import and export, printable PDF project sheets and a Past Performance intake form, a REST feed, and Media Library tools for renaming, usage tracking and orphan clean-up. 42 client testimonial letters are presented alongside the work. Every change ships to the live site file by file through our deploy tooling, with a backup taken before each one.
