C&C Development is a family-run heavy civil and site development contractor established in 1990 in Port Orchard, Washington, now in its third generation. Its web presence was a classic ASP site on Microsoft IIS, served over plain HTTP, that no longer reflected the scale of the work: apartment, warehouse and logistics site development, underground utilities, logging and land clearing, and trucking.

We are building a 15-page WordPress site on our own Traxx IT agency theme, branded in the navy and silver of the C&C logo and contrast-checked to WCAG AA. Five service pages cover heavy civil site work, commercial and industrial development, utilities, logging and land clearing, and trucking. An Our Work archive, powered by our Projects plugin, filters launch projects by service, and a Request a Bid form routes straight to the estimating inbox. A Company Info screen keeps phone, address, hours and service area in one place.

Search continuity is part of the scope: every one of the 82 legacy URLs is mapped to its new page with a 301 redirect, and the site moves to HTTPS on a single canonical address. Rank Math carries per-page titles, descriptions and local business structured data; Wordfence, two-factor login and a US cookie-consent banner round out the security and privacy baseline. The site is built on a private preview and launches on C&C's own GoDaddy Managed WordPress account with a 30-day fallback on the legacy host.
