The need. A contractor's safety program lived in the Novara Flex EHS platform: inspections, toolbox talks, incident forms, all completed on phones in the field. Getting them back out was the problem. The platform showed one form at a time, so an audit request or a customer prequalification packet meant a safety coordinator downloading PDFs one by one for the better part of a day.
What we built. A Windows program the safety team runs from their desktop. Sign in once with the company's Microsoft login, choose the form, the date range and the employees, and see how many responses match. Press export and every matching form is saved as a properly named PDF in a folder, with a progress bar while it runs. A companion tool does the same for training certificates.
What changed. Audit packs and prequal submittals that took a day now take a coffee break. The safety coordinator spends the time on safety instead of downloads, and nothing about how the field completes forms had to change. Installed like any other program, no server involved.
