M.A.D.E Construction, LLC

M.A.D.E Construction is a founder-led federal DoD telecom and construction contractor. The business was running on personal Gmail accounts with no shared identity, device or security layer. We stood up a brand-new Microsoft 365 tenant on madetelecom.com, added madeconstructionllc.com as a verified secondary domain, and provisioned two Business Premium users plus an accounts-payable shared mailbox with company branding on the sign-in experience.

The security baseline enforces MFA through Microsoft Authenticator, applies Conditional Access policies aligned to Microsoft's small-business recommendations (MFA for every user, legacy authentication blocked), turns on Defender for Business for endpoints and Defender for Office 365 for mail, and configures introductory Intune MDM so every device joins Entra ID through a documented, repeatable enrollment path.

We forwarded the legacy Gmail account, migrated the historical Gmail mailbox one-to-one into its new Microsoft 365 mailbox, and procured two Dell Pro 16 Plus Copilot+ laptops with three-year ProSupport and drop protection, imaged them, enrolled them in Intune and shipped them ready to sign in.
